We did an hour on the Ben Prater show (Radio Bristol) describing the exhibition, and John Penny describing the work he had done on knitting together some early news footage with the Secret Underground Bristol programme featuring the Railway memories of people from WWII. Allie Dillon, archivist from the Records Office contributed to the programme too 
the “new” gatepost and part of the braking system also on display

To celebrate the announcement of my British Empire Medal, we did three trips down the tunnel and were treated to lunch by the Worhipful Company of Engineers 
Some of the Engineers that we took down 
Chris was moving house so he brought a gatepost back! All contributions welcomely received 
Trips take place in rain and sunshine. 11 trips this month!

we brought up a BBC lampshade and hung it up so everyone could see it on open day

The floor needed washing 
Smart for open day- trouble is that I had left it a bit late and could only find cut flowers – but they survived! 
1925 Talbot 10/23 and 1935 MG on display this time 
The Lord Mayor Geoff Gollop and Lady Mayoress came to visit. Peter and Maggie proud to take them round. They spent 1 1/2 hours with us, when 1 hour had been allocated. A wonderful day if a bit cold. 
The Lord Mayor Geoff Gollop and Lady Mayoress also went to look at our photographic exhibition in the Hotel. Absolutely great, and they talked to us all.
